Measuring Training Effectiveness
Measuring training effectiveness is essential to ensure learning initiatives deliver real value and support organisational goals. Without proper evaluation, it is difficult to determine whether training interventions are necessary or achieving their intended outcomes.
This course equips learners with the knowledge and practical tools to assess training needs, apply Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Training Evaluation, select appropriate evaluation methods, and present evaluation results clearly to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
