This workshop concentrates on the pre-interview preparation. You will learn how to develop questions and understand their value; specific interview techniques, behavior-based examples of past performance; and the strategies that follow through on this process. This workshop takes the behavioral interview even further with a discussion of communication techniques and the use of other types of interview questions.

Dennis has over 16 years of corporate experiences and has held managerial positions in several multinational organizational in the financial and retail sector overseeing global marketing, business strategies and training & development. Having worked and delivered training programs across international borders ranging from Middle East, Asia and Australasia to many executives and managers from organisations such as AIA, Citibank, SPH, Great Eastern Life, YEOs, OSIM, Singapore Turf Club, Luftansa Air, RSH(Dubai) and many others.

He brings wealth of practical business insights and is known for his clear and strategic thinking as well as his ability to help associates translate concepts and strategies into action plans to achieve measurable results.
