Facilitator Profile

Dennis has over 16 years of corporate experiences and has held managerial positions in several multinational organizational in the financial and retail sector overseeing global marketing, business strategies and training & development. Having worked and delivered training programs across international borders ranging from Middle East, Asia and Australasia to many executives and managers from organisations such as AIA, Citibank, SPH, Great Eastern Life, YEOs, OSIM, Singapore Turf Club, Luftansa Air, RSH(Dubai) and many others.

He brings wealth of practical business insights and is known for his clear and strategic thinking as well as his ability to help associates translate concepts and strategies into action plans to achieve measurable results.

His passion and great sense of humour in engaging the participants has significant impact on the learning effectiveness. He is a firm believer of continual learning and constantly strives to exceed expectation of himself and the learners.
